The Sole Mates Success Team met on Saturday, June 20th, at Mueller Lake Park in Austin. Although the sky was cloudy and there was a light drizzle, we soon enjoyed a warm, sunny, and humid walk along the meandering paths around the lake. Thank you to Coleen, Casandra, and Isis for joining the June walk. The Sole Mates Success Team gives EWTG members a chance to connect while supporting physical well-being. Regular group walks build community, strengthen shared purpose, and create meaningful professional connections. Walking is one of the simplest and most sustainable ways to support long-term health. For women leaders, making time for physical activity is vital for mental clarity, stress relief, and preventing burnout.
